Macro debug_enqueue

macro_rules! debug_enqueue {

    ($fmt:expr, $($arg:tt)+) => { ... };
}

Add a new line to an internal ring buffer.

The internal queue is only flushed with debug_flush_queue!() or within the panic handler.
